Draft Plan Workshop Series: Key Topics

From August 31-September 15, 2021, in-person and virtual workshops were held to present emerging ideas and recommendations. At the Draft Plan Workshop Series, the project team displayed a draft Future Land Use Map (FLUM) and reviewed draft recommendations on key topic areas.

Participants heard how the ideas have been shaped by scenario planning, discussions with the Planning Advisory Committee, meetings of the Strategic Advisory Groups, feedback from technical experts, and input from the community.

Following the meetings, participants were asked to complete a survey to provide their thoughts. The input received will help shape the content for the draft General Plan, including individual chapters on the Planning Themes.
